Good to see in visuals the truth of obstacles that women face daily and I feel viscerally in my solar plexus. In the present societal construct, business as usual is non-collaborative, hierarchical and oppressive to those at the bottom of the pyramid. No wonder women aren’t excelling in business as it is today. Who wants to be a part of that? For myself, the biggest obstacles are really the internal ones and physical limitations. After decades of juggling it all , family, career and personal empowerment, my body/mind is exhausted.
